Kyle and a member of his crew showed up at our home after we called him as we had an issue with water seeping thru the concrete floor in our laundry room whenever we ran our dishwasher, laundry washer and multiple sinks. And the problem was not going to improve. Cutting and drilling into concrete is difficult enough...to accomplish it inside a homes living space takes some fine attention to detail and skill. Kyle and his teammate spent the first several hours handling demolition and removal of the flooring, that was determined thru the use of thermal imaging ( an option that was not available thru any other company that we inquired with) and located the source of the seepage and leaking. They removed the damaged section of pipe, that was estimated to be allowing water to seep underneath our home for several years, replaced the damaged section with new piping and took extra care to ensure that the repair was supported correctly and finished off the floor alot earlier than we had estimated. While it will be several days to allow the new concrete to cure, we are very much more at ease knowing that this problem is now behind us. Prior to beginning cutting and drilling, Kyle masked the entire room as well as utilizing specialized equipment to minimize dust damage. After completion, the crew cleaned the entire area as well as items in surrounding rooms.
